Harrison Boyd witness being duly sworn Saith on oath that about sun down on the day of the 1st of February, I was passing from my fathers to James Cuninghams, and Just before I got to the branch I saw a woman going up the branch to the fence at the getting over place she put her hand up on the fence and it seemed there to disappear as though she had fell back, and every thing was quiet I called two or three times and got no answer then I went over.
