Martha King sworn sayes she is the wife of Austin King. My husband was fixing the hog pen this morning. I was standing by him he leaned back against me. I moved out of his way and he fell never spoke a word. I tried to picl him up. I put water on his face but he never moved. He has complained all this year of swimming of the head and would stagger as he walked about at times - he is sixty or seventy years of age. This was about 12 Oclock this morning he had been picking cotton all morning he has not had any trouble this morning more than usual.
