1.st witness Henry Cannon Sworn Says that on the 23.d inst. He was in a boat in Darlings Lake and Polly and others was in the boat, a hat fell over bord and whilst trying to Save the hat the Boat took water and finally Sunk and Polly Drown the whole was a Result of accident (signed) H. Cannon
