He saw Absalom Causey inflict two wounds on William Milligan One on his throat, and the other in his stomach. William Milligan went to said Causey after he (Causey) had stabbed Robert Milligan and struck him, witness believes about the face at which time he said Causey having the Knife in his hand stabbed William Milligan in the troat and then in the Stomach. He saw Causey draw a pistol in the Grogshop, som eone took the pistol from him and poked it out of the window and fired it off. after the pistol was taken from him he drew his Knife while in the grogshop
