Aaron Holner sworn says: That yesterday afternoo about 3 oclock witnes saw Jacob Austin and Charles Goins going alone thru the field near where witness was at work on the mules and carrying the plow stocks and hearing a plow stock fall and the rattling of glass witness looked around and saw Charles Goins off the mule an dit seemed that one leg had become entangled in the gears [?]...
