Came up hill by Methodist Church some one whistled think it was Pete Parson I stopped Pete Parson come up to me he & his girl got in truck with me we drove slow me & Crowd in truck got up to where people we were stopped while we were stopped we were talking me & Pete Parson) while we were sitting there lights on not moving. People in front of us together Pete Parson said what is this I don't know what it is Pete stood up stepped outside of truck went near congregation while he was going up in congregation he pulled his gun and had it behind him. When he got in crowd crowd scattered when all move he and Albert Williams were standing there then guns began firing. Pete Parson fired first couldn't count number of shots. Pete Parson fell & then stood up guns still firing he fell again. When shooting was over about William made for truck got in drove about -- mile. He said some talk in I'm shot I can't make it. Im too weak. Im hot in stomach & leg. He said but 2 shot him to rush me to doctor quick I don't know how bad Im shot. He wanted to get in back in truck because he couldn't sit up.
