J. H. Bryant sworn: . . . I was delivering the Columbia Records. I have that route down by Pageland and chesterfield and I was taking the papers. . . Q. Did you stop where this accident occurred? A. I stopped about 150 yards after it happened. . . . The children were on the right hand side of the road going toward Pageland and they waved and hollered for me to give them a paper. They don't take it but I give them an extra paper sometimes. I threw it over the top of the car. . . When I threw it over the car it put it on the right. . . My nephew was kneeling in the seat and looking out the back window and he said something about them running across the road. I looked back and saw the truck turn to the left, and just as it hit them it turned over. Q. It hit them or they hit it? A. They ran into the truck. . . Q. What part of the tuck did they hit? A. It looked like the trailer, the front part of it.
