Signs on surface of Pavement showed left had front wheel of Chevrolet coupe was about 6 ft. from edge of [?]reatment when cars made contact hand left front wheel of Ford coup was about 12 ft. from other side of road. Ford Coup was going South Chevrolet coupe going North . . Hart Bird and Luther Reynolds had been drinking on Saturday nite until shortly before midnight Luther Reynolds say he don't have Driver License and never has. Luther Reynolds says he was driving at a rate of about 40 Mi Prt Hour. My investigation also showed that Negros in Chevrolet Coupe were also Drinking until just before midnight.
