Testimony Mrs. Margaret Eubanks sworn says. Adam Eubanks was apparently in as good health last night . . . as he had been in several days. I slept with him on the night of his death. I never walked during the the night. I found him dead this morning about 5 o'clock. No one staid in the house except family. Mr. Eubanks ate very heart on this evening before his death. Don't think he moved during the night.
Dr R. P. Miller sworn says . . . He believes he came to his death from failure of heart to perform its proper function. He says he is more fully convinces of this as Mr. Eubanks was under his treatment for heart trouble. disease.
