Fannie McDuffey Sworn Says I came from CH after Sun dow with Willie & he appeared well Me & Willie Started to Mr. Stormes & got about 3 100 yards . . .he then asks me if I did not want a Dram for my Self & Children I told him I did not want any whiskey & Not to give Willie none Willie Ses let me git up & riele He then got in wagon & Sandy Melton went on some 2 or 4 100 yards Sand Stoped wagon . . . Willie gets out & men & him goes on to Seder Creek after I crossed creek he Ses Ma my head is about to kill me & want some hot coffee as soon as he spoke he droped to his knees. I picked up Willie & went to Mr Stormes & Willie seamed to get no better I then tried to give him some coffee by the could not drink It . . .hen I got to Mr Storms he he asked me what was the matter with Willie I told him I though he had Drank too much Whiskey. . .
